Managing Organizations

Learn how to create and manage organizations in AgentsGT. Organizations are the top-level structure for grouping agents, team members, and billing.

What is an Organization?

An organization is your team's workspace in AgentsGT. It contains:

  • Agents — Your AI assistants
  • Members — Team members with different roles
  • Subscription — Your billing plan and credits
  • API Keys — Keys for programmatic access
  • Branding — Custom logo, colors, and domain

Every agent belongs to an organization, and billing is managed at the organization level.

Creating an Organization

Step 1: Start Organization Creation

  1. Click on the organization selector in the top navigation bar
  2. Select "Create New Organization" (or navigate to /org/new)

Step 2: Enter Organization Details

Fill in the creation form:

Organization Name (Required)

Choose a clear, recognizable name for your organization.

Examples:

  • "Acme Corp Support"
  • "TechStore"
  • "Marketing Team"

URL Slug (Required)

Create a URL-friendly identifier for your organization. This will be used in URLs throughout the platform.

Rules:

  • 3–63 characters
  • Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
  • Must start and end with a letter or number
  • Must be unique across AgentsGT

Example: acme-corp, techstore, marketing-team

The form automatically checks slug availability as you type.

Step 3: Select a Plan

Choose a subscription plan that fits your needs. Plans differ in:

  • Credits per month — The AI computation budget for your agents
  • Max agents — How many agents you can create
  • API access — Level of API access available
  • Support — Priority support tier

You can toggle between monthly and yearly billing (yearly plans include a 20% discount).

Step 4: Complete Payment

If you selected a paid plan:

  1. You'll be redirected to the payment page (Stripe)
  2. Enter your payment details
  3. Complete the payment
