Prerequisites
Before deploying to Facebook Messenger, you'll need:
- ✓ A Facebook Business Page
- ✓ Admin access to the Facebook Page
- ✓ A Meta Business Account
- ✓ Your agent created and tested in AgentsGT
- ✓ An active AgentsGT subscription
Setting Up Facebook Messenger Integration
Step 1: Open Agent Integrations
- Go to your agent's page in AgentsGT
- Click on "Advanced" or navigate to the agent's advanced settings
- Select the "Integrations" tab
- Find "Facebook Messenger" in the integrations list and click on it
Step 2: Connect Your Facebook Account
- Click the "Connect with Facebook" button
- You'll be redirected to Facebook's OAuth login page
- Log in with your Facebook account (must have admin access to the Page)
- Grant the requested permissions for Messenger access
- Select the Facebook Page you want to connect
- Click "Done" to complete the authorization
Step 3: Verify the Connection
After authorization, you'll be redirected back to AgentsGT. You should see:
- A "Connected" status badge on the Facebook Messenger integration
- Your connected Page information
Step 4: Activate the Integration
- Toggle the "Active" switch to ON
- Click "Save" to save your settings
Testing Your Facebook Messenger Integration
Send a Test Message
- Open Facebook Messenger on your phone or desktop
- Find your Facebook Business Page
- Send a message to the Page
- Your AI agent should respond automatically

Check in AgentsGT
Monitor conversations in AgentsGT:
- Go to your agent's page
- Check the Chat History section
